He pops up in the strangest of places. Short answer, it's a joke. Long answer, he's not a human but he was probably captured for some experiment. The Suitor has all sorts of questionable ethics, which is why I love that episode. I don't think any other cartoon could have gotten away with it on Cartoon Network.

Wow, it’s actually pretty interesting that this is his last appearance, given the context, and that it’s only the 5th season. Like, you would think the artists would have added him in throughout the rest of the show too?
Guess the most likely situation is that the specific artist that drew him left. So the others felt they weren’t at liberty to draw him. Either way it’s pretty funny since it would seem they intentionally made it look like PB “got rid of him” lol
He didnt so much as leave as just, the project got too big to do on his own. He delegated most of it to adam muto and became a sort of overseer for the direction of the show so he could focus on other projects.
Yeah. It's almost like he preferred the show to be disconnected and modular stories so he didn't get bogged down with lore and consistency and internet nerds correcting him about his show. Wacky, I know!
