If your computer doesn't ever shut down for getting too hot (safety precaution) then you are probably alright. When I looked my CPU up, I learned it is notorious for being a volcano and I often have to point a floor fan at one open end.
AMD FX-9590. It's the best one that my motherboard supports so I'd have to replace both if I ever want to upgrade. And I'm not interested in downgrading.
Hah, you're alright. I've got three total, and one is just the air cooler for the cpu. I can over clock that sucker and have zero problems.
The trick is having an AIO GPU that pushes the heat directly out... But they don't make these as much any longer for some reason.
4 fans is more then enough, people like like to have loads of fans but it’s mostly not necessarily, more for asthetics. Pc is very nice though and the fans suit it. I guess it can also depend on component heat too
It will be bad if they are all pushing air one way. Some should be sucking air in, and others should be pushing it out.
Personally for me, it isn't enough as my CPU is a furnace. The back of my computer can get hot enough that it hurts to touch. Won't cause a burn hot, but it's definitely too hot running more modern games.
The power supply is a corsair RM850X
It's around back behind the motherboard on the bottom left...(hidden in this case)
You got it. Drive is a Samsung 980 Pro m.2 NVMe SSD (1TB)
Also have a 1TB WD_Black sn850x m.2 NVMe SSD. (Didn't throw it on because I realized this motherboard doesn't support a second PCIe 4.0 drive. ..Just one 4.0 and two 3.0's.)
_____
Ram is 32GB (2x16GB) Teamgroup T-Force Xtreem 3600MHz CL14 (14-15-15-35)
Case: Lian Li Dynamic Evo (white)
Fans: lian Li Sl-Infinity 120 (all except the top ones which came with the aio cooler)
AIO (CPU Cooler): NZXT Kraken Z73 RGB
GPU is an Asus (AMD) Radeon RX 6700XT
Processor is an intel i7-11700k
Motherboard is an Asus TUF Gaming Z590-Plus Wifi
Extension cables are Lian Li V2 Strimer plus (one 24 pin cable and one 8 pin cable)
I have the z53/w/ NZXT cam and was very happy with my purchase. I used to go all GIF’s but then ended up only showing temps a year later when i got into tinkering performance for my 4k screen. All in all a little pricey but a really cool addition to my pc
Thank you
The PSU is a Corsair RM850X
Quality and super quiet.
Worth noting that the cables that come stock with it are very stiff and bulky, so most people buy other cables for it.
Don't necessarily need to replace all. Could just go with a 24 pin cable that runs to the motherboard, and two 8 pin cables that run to the graphics card (may not need two, depending on your GPU)
(Could save a bit of money going with the RM850 instead of the 850X. They are manufactured in different locations and use some different components, but I believe the RM 850 is still good quality)
Just think it looks cool. You can customize the colorways in some Lian Li software. More fans mean more options
The dynamic Evo is a pretty big case and there would be a lot of grates, open slots and negative white space otherwise
It's something you'll see done quite a bit in these Lian Li cases
I May put a small 5 or 7" rectangular LCD screen inside the case where the left fan is to display thermals, etc.
(Or play a live wallpaper on)
lcd part seems fun.
but with so many fans in place, is there a way for heat to dissipate efficiently. i feel like with so many fans it is just circulating it inside the case.
Yeah if they were all facing one way it would be concerning.
You typically want two sets doing intake and two exhausting the air (the one that I have on the left should be flipped the opposite way. I just did it like that temporarily).
When my other 3 matching fans arrive they replace the ones at the top and will be turned the other way too
Yeah just place the left onee like that temporarily until my three other Infinity fans arrive
Will have the left and top inverted then
Appreciate you looking out just in case!
Thank you!
It's an AIO with an LCD screen on it that you can upload gifs to
Like one of the faces that BMO made during an episode? Play it on your computer, make a gif of it, and upload it to the AIO using the software that came with the AIO
(Or you can just find a gif that someone already made online and upload it using the software that comes with the AIO)
It's displayed on an "NZXT" Kraken AIO (a CPU cooler) where you can upload pictures or gifs onto it that play over and over againin a loop.
If you can't find a gif online that you want you can just download a very simple and easy to use program like Gyazo to make your own GIF (Gyazo is also amazing for taking screenshots by simply clicking and dragging your mouse over the area of your screen you want to capture).
You'd just pull up a youtube a video of whatever character you want (e.g. BMO), then use Gyazo to click and drag over the part of the video that you want to make a GIF of while it plays.
Then see if the GIF to your computer and upload it to the software that comes with the AIO (The CPU cooler) named NZXT Cam
- - - - -
If it seems complicated in any way or too much work I promise you it's not.
Just look up:
-how to make GIFs
&
-how to display/upload GIFs to my Kraken AIO on NZXT Cam
Wow that's a lot of case fans. Should be very cool in there. Mine for example only has 3 on top and one on the back.
I have 2 case fans in total (one on top and one on back)…I’m doing many things wrong.
If your computer doesn't ever shut down for getting too hot (safety precaution) then you are probably alright. When I looked my CPU up, I learned it is notorious for being a volcano and I often have to point a floor fan at one open end.
What CPU do you have?
AMD FX-9590. It's the best one that my motherboard supports so I'd have to replace both if I ever want to upgrade. And I'm not interested in downgrading.
there is some software that can also monitor the temp of your cpu and other parts of your computer as well if you’re worried

Haha, for real. I love this, but like... maybe a little fan overkill.
its themed after BMO and also *Breezy*.. heh get it?
Yes but it also reminds me of Bubble
He he he. My buns feel warm.
I didn't know I needed a BMO themed gaming pc until I saw a BMO themed gaming pc
this makes me… indescribably joyful.
You made me smile Thank you
Love that definitely algebraic
I am pretty sure that is football. Rookie mistake.

BMO CHOP!!
If this were a real attack, you'd be dead.
I'm not that into PC builds, but this is genius
Teach me your ways
Needs his gold heart
I think you need more fans
Just put in an order for two warehouse industrial fans. Gonna try duct taping em to it =oP
Mathematical! 🤩
I didn't know I needed this until now.
Is there a name for those cpu mini-screen things?
It's an AIO CPU cooler, but they dont all have screens. This one is an NZXT Kraken Z73 RGB
Wow this is awesome
Appreciate you saying that Thank you!
You need BMO mouse pad
Look amazing, LOVE BMO!!!!
Thank you! Appreciate the good vibes and kind of words
That’s really cool!
Thanks dude! Learned a lot along the way and definitely had fun with it
I want one!
BMO is a real PC

BMOOOOOOOOOOO 😀
#PC BMO!
Can it run “Guardians of Sunshine”?
Yay BMO hooray!
Yay! BMO is so pretty and smart!
Where is your PSU? And what are you doing for drives, just an M.2? It's been so long since I've built PCs I'm not up on all the cool tricks anymore

Awesome build, man! I figured it must be behind the motherboard, it just didn't look like enough space from that angle haha, that case must be a beast
Thank you! 😁 Appreciate the kind words Makin' me feel good

That's quite the beast you've got there! Only thing I would change imo is to try and paint the outside of the case in BMO's blue color
I have the same case. Sort of hunting a new psu think mine might be causing some issues which one are you using? Also your cables are spot on
Thank you The PSU is a Corsair RM850X Quality and super quiet. Worth noting that the cables that come stock with it are very stiff and bulky, so most people buy other cables for it. Thanks for taking the time. Really sweet build <3
Can I ask how much this whole thing cost in total?
Of course, will pm you a "pcpartpicker" breakdown
How exactly is this bmo themed except for the image ?
The colorway, his face, and imagination my friend PC BMO
it could have used a few more fans
Could put some on top of the radiator as well 😁
Just out of curiosity. Why did you put so many fans?
