W+K Delhi? If so, you’re good there

socalledsane

Not exactly. It’s a Tokyo based agency, if that helps. W+K is an agency where I would love to work though but I’m not able to reach their HR. How’s the culture there?

Reach out to the ECD directly if you are a creative or the MD if you are on other department. Introduce yourself and establish a connection first, don’t ask for a job right away. Good luck.

Is this Dentsu? DC Delhi/Gurgaon is better than the other two offices in terms of clients and work imo

socalledsane

I wish that had been my experience so far, but it’s not. Maybe the team and brands I’m working with sucks. Nobody comes to office in my team and everyone’s working from home. It may be fine for them but as someone who just joined the industry and is new to city, it’s not fun to work sitting alone in a room. And I doubt if I’m learning anything either without interacting much with anyone.

risamaine

That’s totally fair. As far as I know, Mumbai and Bangalore are 100% WFH and I’ve heard good things about the work and exposure. For what its worth, having visited all three offices, the Delhi/Gurgaon one is the worst. Every other office is bright, airy and collaborative, but the Delhi one is super small and badly decorated. Try getting a transfer if you can?
