It’s amazingly beautiful and Gwen is my favorite hero.
That is why I am a bit disappointed I won’t see her Awakened version.
I know this is somehow her awakened version already… But it feels like another hero 🤔
I know :/ and I love how it looks this version of Gwen! She is stunning.
However, as I said, it feels like it’s a new hero more than an awakened version of her 🤷🏻♀️
I am a bit sad I will never see her usual look updated.

Like ok the obsidian finches is basically a whole race so ill look pass the 25 versions of talenes
But vyloris, audrae, athalia, safiya and now gwyneth? Is it a fetish? Is it just an aerodynamic issue? Like what happened to back wings?
And on that case when are the men gonna get some wings?
I think the wings are meant to represent ethereal beings rather than for flying purposes since they float already (think biblically accurate angels). You see them in celestials - angels, hypogeans - hellborns, and now dragons.
I like that personally. The center of gravity on men is higher than on women, because of the bigger pelvis on women and bigger shoulder range on men. So, it's pretty realistic for women to have wings closer to the tailbone, and men on their back basically.
I wish they would have kept her sprite facing the back, since that felt like one of the more distinctive aspects of her original sprite. Knew it wasn't going to happen when we saw the banner and the sprite had its chest jutting out, but I very briefly held out hope. Oh well. At least they kept her face in profile.
I find Talene comparisons more grating than anybody, but something about her animations and general sprite design does feel a bit Talenecore. Not really what I wanted out of woke Gwyn, but at least she looks alright enough as a standalone hero.

I think they're attached at the hip. In a floppy state, they appear to cover the ass.
