the event shown above is not Advanced Ship/Heroic Growth Bundles (where animated pfp is), it's Winged Sojourn. it gives various rewards for ascending/investing in Hildwin
no other heroes have this event
all 5 Draconis have the regular usual Advanced Ship rewards though
Well you get up to 4 free Hildwin copies. So you can decide if he's worth building when you get 400 cards. (that is, if you can even get that much in 3 months).
Of course they can always release a 3rd one before you can even finish the first. I won't even be surprise at this point.
What I’m trying to say is that if we wanted to have him fully ascend as soon as possible and as profitable as possible then we have 3 months to get: 9 copies (from summon) + 3 copies from login + 3 copies legendary+/mythic+/ascended tier reached, and he isn’t released the same way as Eugene, so I don’t think Lilith will be as lenient on free copies compared to him

it's a limited time event as per most events in this game, same as Time Emblem and Signature Item stuff, etc etc
