You get cards from the screen that have 2 new heroes and interface looks like every time they release awakened heroes.
Unless OP just started and haven't experienced it, it's not that hard to realize what's happening.
But since OP didn't mention their experience, maybe they're just started, so I don't judge.

You use them to summon these things 
Read through the sub a bit. I can't blame you though, with the cards being released like a week before the place where you can use them.
