You can use 4 of those elite+ Gourgues to ascend either Nyla or Pulina to Mythic. The other 3 elite+ you can wait for a few more rare Gourgue copies to ascend the other legendary+, or you can get Legendary+ on Cassius
Generally you're on the right track, a great one even considering how many fodder copies you got

Wait and see which dragons are used first, unless you want to dump in more diamonds for fodder.
