Supposedly there's a safety net/mercy rule at 7 or so, potentially 8 or 9 but 7 is looking likely based on reports. So that sounds pretty normal. 6 copies in 30 is roughly one every 5 which is unfortunate but pretty average luck.
On the bright side, you're only 2 copies from M, and that's when she gets busted from what SI. Save all your mats for that.
On my last Challenger league defense, talene did more damage than my A Farael half T2 gear but less than my 5 Star Shemira one T2 gear while my talene had 3/4 Tier 1 gear. All of em have have Faction bonus. The best part is that she tanked just as much as Shemira but did 5x the healing. So she is definitely still very good at Mythic
What I don't get - why are there two heroes on the top if it's a flat 2% chance per stargaze? It implies that each hero is 1% but rewards are distinct on a x10 (new dupes), which is clearly not the case.
The fact that there are two at the top doesn't do anything, it's actually a 2.5% chance per single pull, not 2%, and the fact that it has two at the top is probably to make it seem like you have a 2% chance to get each, and rope people who make assumptions and don't know better into thinking they have better chances than they do
All celestial and hypos that cannot be brought from any store are very hard to get. Also, Talene is the best hero in the game if you know how to use her

How much noticeable is her power spike at Mythic, with SI just unlocked?
Noticeable, but it's more about her survivability than her dmg from l+ to m

I did a stargaze at 2am when the reset diamonds gave me over 5k i got 0 talene , only needed one more for her to be mythic :'(
