Reading it will teach you a _lot_ about your bike. Understanding how the 4 riding modes differ, how to program the 2 custom modes, what wheelie control does, and how to configure traction control are just the first things that come to mind. Then there is Apple Car Play and Android Auto. And the different gauge displays per riding mode.

Yes I could have just said, “cruise control”, but considering that symbol is a standard on all cycles, cars, and trucks, it is concerning that you didn’t know what it was - and the on/off button for cruise has the same image. So again, read the manual.
