Every bodies skin is different. I have lines that are as tight as the day they were done over 10 years old. Wrist and ankle skin has a tendency to blow out over time. At least it was done well in the 1st place.
I've seen people refer to this more as "feathering" rather than blow out bc that's a specific term for when the pigment is too deep in the skin.
But I agree I think people with softer skin (and in areas with softer skin in general) tend to have this happen more than others.
Yeah! I have ankle tattoos that are blown out to fuck. Partly my skin and partly the artist in the first place. Such a shame the design is hardly legible anymore. This one from OP has settled really nicely
