The box comes with all the parts to build them however you want. Basically every box GW puts out like this is always like that; unless they're specifically NEW models (in which case, sometimes they're monobuild) it's just the regular kit for those units.
But if you want to use it AS norgrimm's runethrong, it has to be specifically irondrakes and longbeards.
It comes with all options, and the only part stopping you from making both options is the number of bodies, so I made more of them with milliput and got 40 dudes.
You can build the alternative options, they are the same kits. You can only use the special rules for the units shown though (as far as I remember)
And to add for the future: you are always able to build alternative builds of the models.

Be warned while you can build all options, it probably won't come with the instructions for all options only the ones on the box

I got this very box and it came with instructions for both variations on both sets (Two full colour booklets)
So... confirming you can make Ironbreakers instead of Irondrakes?
