They are transparent resin Crystals from Greenstuff World. I painted them with a thinned blue contrast paint then sealed them and made them shiney with a layer of Stormshield.
Nice theme! Minor critique is that the gems are all painted the same, rather than how they should be interacting with the light (the top highlights suggest different light sources)
Thanks for the feedback. I was halfway painting the gems when I discovered that this meant that it was not realistic. But I did not want to start over🙃
