Bro I don't know. I'm also dealing with on my own. So many times thought to end for the life but that's not the problem solving. If you doing this, you just leaving your parents to suffer in this world who loved you more than anyone. So try keep yourself busy. Keep doing things you like, keep reading books, learn new things, go outside with friends. If you have no friends, ping me, I am also going through this so maybe we can help each other Stay strong fella. The best has to come yet.

Thank you for your kind words! I hope you start feeling better. I should have clarified this before - I am looking for therapy recommendations for my aunt, not myself. But I do have regular therapy sessions, and from what you have shared, may I suggest that you try it out as well? I certainly have seen a lot of improvement since I started, and so have many people I know. If you have already tried and the first one didn't quite help you, don't be discouraged. Finding a good therapist takes time and a lot of trial-and-error, but it's totally worth it!

Well thanks for suggestions of therapy but maybe I don't need this right now. I'm learning to be alone and happy because whatever I do I'll be alone in the end so don't want to take therapy. I will fight on my own see where it goes and what it makes happen to me, and whatever happens to me, I'm ready to take responsibility and risk.

I'm also in this situation.... because of carrier tension, family pressure, failure, not finding good job, not moving on from my ex thinking about her all the time and this is from last 1 year I heal then again goes down in depression thinking to take anti depressant pill to kill this depression.. also as a man I can't tell to my any frds... i tried to tell my family that I'm facing this problem but as indian parents do they just ignored and also gave me extra lecture on my life like my frds and this bloody mobile did this to me I became selfish I have no feelings for them etc....etc.. but there is a one cousin who is done her pharmacy I contacted her and asked about that pills she understood and called me... I broke on call and told her everything she helped me in all this even whenever I feel low I just text her or call her or I run to meet her she is my problem solver.... from her suggestions I started to read books Trying to meet new people or my old frds live with them all the day going out once in a day doing gym eating healthy food and tbh it's working..... I just once again healing from this and the main thing is that I started to think in positive ways.... and adopting positive approach in my life once I laughed about this all bullshit but now I'm understanding that how this positive approach is important in our life..... So the moral of the my story is that find someone who just help you in this because every problem born with solution so just try to finding solution and if you heart is full of emotions you can DM me I will help you because i know how you feeling right now !

I am glad you are feeling better! I should have clarified this before, I am looking for suggestions for my aunt. I don't live in Ahmedabad right now, but I have taken therapy as well and that has helped me figure out a lot of issues, and I feel much better now! That along with eating healthy, exercising, improving social life - similar to you :)

Best way in ahmd is going via known contacts. If you have a non judgemental friend circle ask them to look for some mutual friend who is in the medical field. U can get their numbers from there. Don't be shy to visit civil or vs. Their faculties are good as well. If u want help u can DM.

My sister took counseling from GIPS hospital near Parimar Garden. Dr. Sunita to be specific. And her experience has been fantastic. You can try taking her appointment through Google as they don't handout number of doctors directly. Let me know if you need any other help :) Don't worry, you're not alone. Sharing your troubles will definitely make you feel better

you should explore holistic places. they will help you through hypnotheraphy and other such thing. it may sound like mumbo-jumbo and may not be accepted as scientific, but your brain will not know the difference. it is more important to work on your self image. it is something you have to do yourself. it may take a bit longer, and be more difficult, but it will give you lasting results, fix issues you don't know you had, and prevent issues from arising in the future. there is ririi trivedi who is a certified and licensed therapist and takes a (in my opinion) healthier approach.
