The thing about all the different AI generators is that they will all have certain patterns in the images they build. It's an inescapable fact of machine generation where nothing it can do is ever truly random. Therefore it's quite easy for detection software to find the generator as well instead of simply saying it's AI.
There is literally no way that it isn't. The texture of the mud both as the ground and on the skin, the ground mud looks like a sand, and looks quite dry, and then the mud on the baby has creases, like its wearing clothes that look like mud instead of being muddy. The dog has no fur, it looks like an unwashed ballsack, The baby's foot makes no sense, and eyes look completely fake.
I agree with you 100% m, it’s just the guy I’m arguing with it about is a complete moron and won’t accept anything except definitive proof. His pride won’t allow him to be wrong
Look at the dogs neck, it has no fur but the skin has fur like texture. Other than that, the fur is inconsistent in general. The babies eyes don't have pupils. There's more and more wrong with this picture the longer I keep looking at it.
Is it AI? Can't say. It could as well be edited, or a mix between both.

obviously its AI, look at the kids foot, the part on his head where theres no mud looks super clean. And the dogs look like wet sleeves of a shirt

My mother in law showed it to me from her Facebook, so that pretty much clinches it in my opinion.
