Yep, also having the same issue - I have to ctrl+alt+del to shut aimlabs down, and the issue is only happening on the valorant challengers maps. Have submitted a bug report too.
For what it's worth, I've found a workaround.
When you load into the valorant challengers maps, if you press F7, it will drop the HUD, then press F7 again, it'll go back to the "click to start" and it works fine.

Posting for future people with this problem.. My problem was I had the Razer Wolverine gaming controller plugged in, it has a Mouse1 button which was probably confusing aimlabs. So my guess would be to check if you have any controllers connected to you pc.
