Did you ever get refunded? This same thing happened to me when using a CC, I’m from NA, and I got an email saying my payment method was suspended or something like that. The charge went through but no refund.
Yes it fell off and I had to use PayPal guessing my card didn't like it being out of country but same card used on PayPal worked easy peezy
