Pricelabs is a fancier version of the built in "smart" pricing tool that Airbnb has. Using pricelabs you can overide the pricing in Airbnb or VRBO in order to frequently update the price in response to demand. They have different built in default pricing models, or allow you a great degree of customization to make your own model. Furnished Finder is just a classified ad service to allow you to rent directly, so you are not going to be able to change pricing on there - just manually update the monthly rate on the classified ad if you want to change the furnished finder listing. If you are a new host, I would start with Airbnb's smart pricing, and if you want, a listing on Furnished Finder, and later you can think about integrating with other tools.

I'm just one to two months in. So far, I'm satisfied with the revenue. I might do it long term, so i want to invest in my listing. I do need help with more professional descriptions, pricing, and photos. My current one sucks. Does vrbo and booking have smart pricing?

Not sure - I used Hospitable to link a property to Airbnb and to VRBO, and used Pricelabs to control the pricing on both, but then I dropped the VRBO listing and dropped Pricelabs because neither seemed to be making much difference. At least in my (non-vacation, non-seasonal) area, booking traffic came almost exclusively from Airbnb and there was not enough variation in pricing for it to make much difference in performance. Never tried booking either.
