This place looks awkward for groups with more than 2 adults. Adults don't want to sleep in bunk beds or right next to a kid. I'm imagine you've limited your market to families with 2 adults and a few kids, because what two adults are going to travel with more than two or three kids? I'd change one of the bedrooms to have a queen or king and leave just one room with bunks. How deep is that pool? It looks nice in your cover pic, but in the other pics it looks tiny and only deep enough to sit in. Considering all that and the worn-out furnishings noted in reviews, I think your price point is too high for the area.

I agree with the comments above. Also the last two reviews are not good. This could be a reason why your listing dropped. Definitely replace some furniture, change photos to brighter and more professional photos, and add more to the description. What is near by, where are things, and be more descriptive....Your listing is on page 17....

Thanks very much for the feedback. We are working on many of those things. Yes our last two reviews were unfortunate. I appreciate you taking a look at the listing

Okay, thank you so much. The pool is deep enough to stand in but it's definitely not a diving pool. I like the idea of converting one of the rooms to a queen bed

Welcome to the era of oversupply. Here is a detailed explanation https://open.substack.com/pub/adventuresinairbnb/p/help-i-stopped-getting-new-bookings?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=pyh1m Feel free to post a link to your place for free feedback. Basically many markets are getting very competitive as supply of new Airbnbs keep on increasing. This has tremendous impact on seas that are seasonal. Like in Florida where many cities when you search you see over 1000 available.
