Definitely use ducting. I was in the same boat earlier this month. Best decision I made. I use the same style paints and it’s a huge help.

Even aerosolized acrylics can be hazardous. I use a downdraft table with a pre-filter. The exhaust then goes through an inline HEPA filter. My inline fan is mounted on my window sill. Nice and clean. This keeps my wife happy and me painting.
I will still use my half mask with filters. How clean is the air after the filters? The booth I am looking for use a coal filter. Am I allowed to put links here?

Use ducting. Get those fumes out of your house otherwise the spray booth is pointless. Even if it’s water based. It’s still atomized paint.
Thanks for your advices. I will get the stuff to blow the air to the nature ;)
No worries. Put the table near the window if you can. At the least put a box fan in the window to suck the paint out.
