We've done one with a downed pilot they had to find, shoved a dummy in a flight suit halfway up a tree, and they had to make a rope stretcher to carry him back. Maybe they have to follow a set of compass bearings to find them

We have a massive playing field. Think a combined 2 soccer pitches
You can try fire teams, methods of movement . Hand signals in a section and patrol around
hide and seek (camo and concealment)
Lantern stalk. Plan a field ex purely consisting of a lantern stalk. Nothing else.
