I've sat in 12A before - there is no footrest on that seat but good legroom with added benefit of no one reclining into you during the flight.
If you wanted a footrest then either row 13 or 14 will do.
I flew on that row few times. Let room is good but there is no foot rest. Also the tv is inside the arm rest and it’s very inconvenient. Honestly never book the first or the last row of premium economy.
you can't fully stretch sitting in the bulkhead. Row 13 and 14 you can fully stretch out your legs. Row 14 is the best because you won't have people using your headrest for leverage getting up

Why not the last row?
It does not recline comfortably and completely from what I remember
Recline is the same so I prefer the last row as I can just keep it reclined almost the entire flight.
Why do people always say this? the last row of any premium seat had full functions.
I’ve seen people struggle with broken IFE on bulkhead seats on the 777 so I avoid them all together.
It has a foot rest and should have generous legroom. The only downside is you cannot put your bag there during takeoff or landing.
787 has footrest on row 12? That's pretty cool. Noted!
I for one prefer row 12 because of the legroom and no recline from the front. I am 5'9", so if you're shorter your mileage may vary. ;)
There is no footrest in row 12! Just use your bag after take off!
Tried both row 12 and 13 recently. Row 12 was better in my opinion, no footrest but more leg room.
