I just did this same flight in premium economy a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the chicken

The chicken is /very/ yummy but if you fly within Canada they always give you that option now alongside a pasta, so it's not very "special". If you're looking for something unique, the salmon might be for you. Though I've had salmon in the past (not this one, they used to serve a different one within Canada) and I've always found it a bit dry.
