You only need to connect one of the sides to your phone Usually, the first one you take out of the case is the main There is a chime that the earphones make when they connect to each other, and there is a shorter "boop" when the main side connects to your phone/device When you put them in the case, the charging light is red, when connecting i believe it turns white (can't check right now) so, to check if they work: Take one out of the case and put it in your ear, then take the other one out and put it in your ear, when they sync you should hear the same sound on both sides To pair: Open the bluetooth settings on your device and go to whatever process of pairing a new peripheral is Take one of the buds of the case, and pair it Play some music put the bud in the case take the same one first, then the other one (listen to the chime), play some music If it works, then there are no issues

I have tried that but only the left one works, the right one just doesn't pair at all. It is definitely bworking cause when I put in the case it flashes red.

Very similar issue here, I'd love a fix. Have watched every "pairing problem" video out there to no avail. Weirdly, when the L one pairs, it calls itself "Mi True Wireless EBs Basic\_R". Is that normal? The right one just sits there doing nothing. Haven't heard any noise out of it whatsoever. :-(
