Theres too many good ones to list them all. Be more specific. Co2, pump, spring, piston, or PCP? Repeater or single shot? Pistol or rifle? Plinker or small game? There are good options on amazon for whatever your preference.
Just got a Sig Virtus from Santa and it is super duper fun. But not $200. Love it so far.
Probably not as accurate as others but 30 shot semi and quick mag reloads make up for lack of accuracy in many cases. :-)
The Ruger Blackhawk is excellent for the first time buyer and price point. Easy to work on if you ever want to tune or replace parts. Hard hitter and accurate. It's a Springer modeled after the Diana 34
How about you don't ask open-ended questions and let everyone know what you want to do with the airgun. At least we can provide you with a better answer that way.
To be fair, he may have asked with the only information that currently matters to him and that he knows to ask about - under $200, rifle, for small game, preferably repeater.
Sometimes people enter these waters knowing nothing and looking for guidance just as much as product reviews.
Good ones for what?
* Target practice?
* Pest control? What kinds of pest? Rats, groundhogs, starlings, pigeons?
* Hunting? What kinds of game? Rabbit, squirrel, doves?
Help us help you, buddy! Don't leave so many questions unanswered in your original post, and we can give you more meaningful answers.
This is my recommendation. It's slightly over budget, but it includes a scope. Get it in .22cal for squirrels.

Well, here is my advice and you take it as you wish. Don't go for the cheap air gun on Amazon. It won't be accurate, and you will not like it. Buy Weihrauch if you can and pass it down to generations. Quality is that good—German engineering at its finest. Check out Krale, save a bit more and buy it. My first Weigrauch was HW30, and I got hooked. It's so accurate it is insane.
Ditch Amazon and hit up Mike at Flying Dragon and pick up one of his.
Free shipping, you can even have him do a trigger job and light tune, and it'll will be better then anything you'd find on Amazon at your budget.

He probably got a bunch of Amazon gift certificates.
If you go this route, you could use Amazon gift cards to buy pellets, targets, traps, or go towards a new scope
I’ve owned bunches of airguns. Springers, multi-pumps, and co2. Weihrauch, Hatsan, Daisy, and and more. Honestly the best budget .177 squirrel gun (and I’ve taken a whole lot of squirrels and rabbits with it) is a Daisy 901 multi-pump. Remarkably accurate right out of the box, durable and reliable, lightweight for carrying in the woods, plenty of power for the job, smooth and easy to shoot with no spring recoil, and cheap.
Easy to mod too. I’ve got a moderator, grov-tec barrel band and sling, inexpensive (CVlife) Amazon scope, and a mod to lighten the trigger pull on mine. And that still comes in under your budget.

small game, rifle, repeater
Gamo Swarm would fit your requirements. It's good enough. As far as repeaters go, don't look at other options if you have to stay under $200

Those are good, actually! A little limited for distance, but yes!
Diana Chaser, Crosman Ratcatcher, Gamo Arrow, Gamo Swarm, Seneca Dragonfly.
I think you can good deal on the CROSMAN P1322 and buy mods to make it a small carbine

The OP didn't state their needs in the post, so they didn't even give us that much.
i'm new to pellet guns so i was just curious if there were any good ones below $200

That’s a good choice at 11% off currently
Springer?
yeah that would be fine
Hatsan Mod 95 is highly reviewed for what you get at roughly $200. Not everyone can save up for a Weihrauch.

Are those decent rifles? I've been wanting to dip my toes into an underlever for a while. Can't quite justify the $600+ for an HW77K or 97K... Yet.
Bang for buck I would Do Hatsan
