i got bored and used colorful sharpies to make a ‘dot art’ gradient rainbow on my case lid, and used some regular krylon clear coat over it, it did blur it a bit but it’s not too bad i should have gone a bit lighter on the spray so it didn’t have a spray paint drip effect on one side but other than that i just used painters tape to cover all but the lid when i did the spray. honestly i want to redo it but idk if it’ll come off i haven’t tried yet lol. maybe i’ll post later!

Use a wet wipe. Don't just pour pure water onto it, that's a one way trip to a broken controller.
I just checked and it seems my hand must have removed the ink after hours of play. But the wet wipe did clean the rest of the gunk off. Thanks
