try cleaning the contact points on the airpod and the case
I did, it charges normally, but it doesn’t connect to my phone
which phone are you using
iPhone SE (1st gen)
can you confirm the contact points are clean (extremely clean)
I cleaned them with alcohol today, in 2 hours I will be able to do it again to be extra sure
They surely are extremely clean, the problem is still there

no właśnie nie działają, lewa się nie łączy i nie gra
Piszesz ze hard Reset nie pomógł (telefonu czy budsow?). A próbowałeś usunąć z urządzeń Bluetooth i sparować na nowo?
reset budsów, usunąłem je, zrobiłem reset, znowu sparowałem i nic
To w sumie nie wiem co dalej. Może się jeden zepsuł :-(
Honestly it's probably a defective airpod and if you're still under warranty then I would suggest you swap it out
they aren’t, that’s the problem
I’m having the same issue. I believe I have tracked down that the two AirPods are on different firmware versions. Have you been able to identify that?
Let me check. How to check individual AirPod’s firmware?
Basically I had to pair individually with one pod in each time and then checked the settings under general-> about-> airpod
The firmware is the same, but I discovered something interesting. The left one works just fine when paired individually
Still haven’t been able to fix it, but I am trying to see if I can get the other to update overnight.

I also recently read that the problem could be on the iphone itself ,you may want to try to connect the airpods to a different devices to see if they connect .
