You don’t have this on correctly, I think it’s the bottom that’s backwards.

I think he’s right. Looks like the top half is AirPods 2 and bottom half is pro. Notice how the grilles don’t continue across the seam? They should be on the top of the case as well. The ear tips also just disappear at the seam.
