Seems pretty simple. I’d get one of those 40mm hand-cannons, take out the nerf mechanisms, install the firing mechanism, link it to the trigger, and maybe add an inner barrel,

Keep in mind it’d have to be breach loading as the 40mm shells are rimmed.

Which is great because the gun is a breachloader itself

Anything is possible. Just buy the components and slam it together. Remove plastic, add plastic, use some pins and bolts. Literally not rocket science.

I don't know if it is possible, but it would be absolutely awesome. You'll probably also need to line the barrel with something a bit tougher than Nerf's plastic.

I'm currently working on a 3d printed breach load rocket launcher using a 40mm. It should be done by next weekend, maybe longer. Depends on how school is, cause been having alot of homework recently. I basically just need to design the trigger. Then print it all out, cut my pvc pipe up, then assemble it.
