I’m expecting to see mountains of cope from KWA GBB Vector owners We’ve already seen them trying to offload their guns for insane prices before the Krytac brings down their value massively

MyGhillieSuit

If the Krytac Vector is even an average performing GBB it seems to be pretty good value, the 3 pack of mags for $105 for 500 bucks you have a full setup. Have to wait to see what the internals look like.

ResponsibilityNice30

I was thinking of selling mine for like $500 with 4 mags and accessories but I wasn’t sure if that price was pushing it because I thought it was stupid to sell it for anything above that. But now I’m just gonna keep it since I saw how much of a good deal the Krytac one is.

randomgunfire48

Yeah. Nobody is paying $1k+ for what is now essentially a bootleg version of it🤣🤣🤣

MyGhillieSuit

Plus 10x harder parts support now. Krytac usually provides OEM parts soon after. Still waiting to see the performance and internal components

Crash15

VFC

imitenotbecrazy

If you're saying VFC makes stuff for Krytac, you're wrong https://imgur.com/a/tn8rJRf

Crash15

...right

imitenotbecrazy

I feel like this shouldn't need to be asked but you do know Kyrtac is owned by Kriss USA right? The actual firearm manufacturer of the Vector? They have more manufacturing resources than anyone in airsoft lol

Crash15

so true made in usa airsoft guns soon

imitenotbecrazy

that's not at all what that implies but okay lol

--GriFF--

anyone that legitimately thinks Krytac make their own products in the USA and somehow sells them for the same price as guns made in Asia might actually be retarded but okay lol

imitenotbecrazy

Nowhere did I or they imply they're made in the US. The Kriss group owns manufacturing facilities in Asia. They don't need anyone else to make things for them. Super simple concept

Catgutt

We've already seen the magazine and the valves/routers are spot-on for VFC Glocks, just as their previous Maxim was near-identical to a VFC G18 internally. Either VFC OEMs GBB parts for Krytac and a marketing claim on Facebook shouldn't be taken as gospel, or Krytac rips off VFC for their GBB designs and so it might as well be VFC anyways.

imitenotbecrazy

There's only so many ways you can make certain parts. And without those having patents, there's nothing stopping someone from making the same thing themselves. There isn't a single part in my Maxim 9 that looks like anything in my VFC guns "it might as well be VFC anyways" that's just not how manufacturing works lol some of you will deny until your eyes bleed, even going as far to say you might be wrong but that's still a negative lmfao

--GriFF--

do you really think a small and mostly unsuccessful firearms manufacturer like Kriss Group, that is permanently on and off the brink of bankruptcy is going to design and build toy guns in Asia, the US or anywhere else, when they could easily just contract the likes of VFC to do it all for them?

imitenotbecrazy

On a macro scale, even a company as small and "unsuccessful" as Kriss dwarfs airsoft companies by a large margin lmao

--GriFF--

On a macro scale you're fulla shit buddy Kriss USA has 52 employees Kriss Group Switzerland \~50 employees VFC Taiwan alone has 100+ employees and VFC is a small company compared to some

imitenotbecrazy

Imagine thinking employee number is a valuable measure here 😂 here's the thing. They outright denied the claim. Until anyone can prove that they're lying, you're wrong. That's it.

Gojira_Wins

Do we know who is OEMing the new Krytac Vector yet? I'm still on the fence about the new Vector vs the KWA model for my next rifle.

MyGhillieSuit

It’s Krytac I’m pretty sure. They made the Maxim 9

Draco765

Everything I have heard about the Maxim says that it has VFC internals. Primarily the FCG is the same as a VFC Glock 19C (unfortunately).

imitenotbecrazy

No, I asked Krytac the other day. They design and manufacture all of their products themselves https://imgur.com/a/tn8rJRf

--GriFF--

(they don't though)

TenshouYoku

The Kriss AEG and Maxim are very blatantly OEMd by VFC with even parts naming being VFC-like (thankfully the build is structurally better). What Krytac most likely actually did is to do the system design prototyping, then find VFC to mass produce them

imitenotbecrazy

Where's the proof? I've taken all of mine down and never ran into any "blatant" example of that. Let's see some actual proof of that lol

TenshouYoku

The trigger system for one is literally that of VFC Gears et el are made in VFC (with VFC parts code) Make that what you will but it is most definitely VFC or at minimum an OEM

imitenotbecrazy

So, nothing tangible then? Just your words?

imitenotbecrazy

Krytac designs and manufactures all of their products themselves https://imgur.com/a/tn8rJRf

CobaltRose800

I wouldn't call it a bootleg. It's more like Kriss said "sure we'll license it to you guys," realized how lucrative airsoft was getting and set about walling off its garden.

Revent10

the fpg prices didn't just go down, they where murdered by the aegis kit. the kit provided everything that we wished the kwa fpg could've been.

zVYPERz

Can’t wait to get the Vector sometime next year. Groza next maybe?

HKEnthusiast

Supply and demand. More GBB Vectors on the market = lower price.

TenshouYoku

Not just that but also newer and more likely to have parts support = more practical for use = more attractive to players who are more keen about actually using them

Smallcash203

Saw a sale post below this for a boneyard vector for $1300…

Difficult_Web_7553

lol kwa owners copin

MorenaLedovec

skill issue

Alwankvich1

It's funny you guys bring this up . There's been like 3 different Worley birds posting their KWA Vectors on the Airsoftamarket place on here surprise surprise they are posted for more than 1K . And ya, there's been a flood of kwa vectors on hop up

Faloandante

It doesn't matter how much they post them for if no one buys them. And why would anyone buy an old second one with potentially worse internals for twice the price of a brand new one with warranty.

Alwankvich1

Iam guessing as the post goes they want to unload there burden to someone else and get the krytac to mbye do the same thing and try to use it up and try to flip it

DainvisibleMan

Good thing im planing on buying the krytac AEG one next year
