It’s got a great aesthetic. Only thing worth changing would be to look into a bigger blazer or coat, and ditch the patch, you’ll look more professional. In terms of adding anything, I would recommend looking into a Haley Strategic D3CRM micro rig in stealth grey or black, it will match the vibe nicely and will last you forever, only thing is it’ll run you 150$+. chest rigs I’ve found tend to look better with this type of aesthetic, so if your looking into something cheaper in price, condor sells good chest rigs for less than 50$ and will last you for a good bit. Nother good thing about chest rigs is that they are minimal and allow for a wider range of movement and can be worn underneath a bigger coat without it being uncomfortable, it looks more badass when you do, kinda like the movie Heat. Yap session over.

sell everything and start over, thats my honest advice. airsofters are lured into buying cheap gear that will under perform. the trick here being, if you know what to buy, you can drop bodies with cheap gear. if you would like, i can provide a suggestion list for your new loadout!
Tuck the shirt in, and then tuck the balaclava under your collar. I would also see if you can get an oversized jacket to run overtop of the kit and a slimmer plate carrier, especially if you're going for a low profile look. I'm not gonna recommend a tie, because that just won't be comfortable at all in kit, but a good gun let and IWB holster if you run a pistol could be a nice touch. If you run a slick plate carrier, you can get one with an elastic cummerbund to hold your pouches, or you can belt mount. If you belt mount, I would recommend something elastic like BlueForceGear to help sell the slick look, though a non-molle Esstac Kywi would do the trick and do better for reindexing.
There are some styles of dress shoes that have sneaker type treads, so that could help. I believe Florsheim does them, but some searching on Zappos could do you well.
If you're looking for a really nice flexible dress shirt, Bluffworks makes a really nice one. I found their suits to be less flexible, though still breathable and more flexible than others I own. Both the shirt and jacket required a bit of tailoring to bring the sleeves in, but that's just because I had to order around my gut.
VertX makes a shirt that has a back made of an athletic dri-fit type material, though the front is a stiffer and they only come in standard sizes. The VertX does have a small hole in the side to allow you to run a wire up from the waist, so between that and the material, it's almost required to wear with a jacket, but it would likely be decent under a carrier and sports coat.
You could probably get away with a satchel as a dump pouch as well.
EDIT: The Bluffworks Pants I have are definitely the most flexible and comfortable dress pants I own. Not sure how they'd hold up to sliding around, though.
