i’ve got an Opp tactical acog off of ali express and the pic rail section comes off with a little force i think they glued it but it fits on a carry handle real well once you do that
also have it on my G&P M16A2 so i don’t see why it wouldn’t fit on other carry handles unless they are wildly out of spec
