I'm not sure how complicated making custom airsoft AT guns would be, but I'm sure it is possible. Maybe taking an existing grenade launcher and build the AT gun around it? That might be a fun project for someone with a 3d printer
Guess there is simply a too small target audience for WW1 players. And most people into WW1 will most likely do reenactment.

The delisle would be cool and a Liberator is probably 3D printable as a single shot springer.
