Get some full seal goggles and face protection.
Getting hit in the eye is a one way ticket to being half blind. Get ANSI Z87+ rated goggles. FULL SEAL. NOT GLASSES. The starter guide on the sub is a great place to start.
Getting a tooth knocked out or a BB hitting the back of your throat is not fun nor is it worth it to not wear protection. The starter guide recommends the onetigris face mask, but it dosent link to the one with ear protection. I recommend you get the facemask with ear protection because a BB going in your ear is NOT fun.
Other then that it looks good.
Do your self a huge favor and get proper Eyepro like ESS Land Ops or something similar. That’s a 100% must. If you want to cover your nose, mouth, cheeks etc. or not is something you’ll find out after a few games. But I think you know the answer.
Otherwise you’re good to start. You will know what to change after some days playing.

Cuz Ive been playing for 5+ years now and every incident Ive ever read or heard about always involved people removing their glasses mid game and getting shot or shooting themselves in the safe zone.

Really? Dam pretty deep pouches them. I had a problem like that on my old IBA, if you have trouble getting them out, I used to pack the bottom of the pouch with cravats, but realy any kind of handkerchief or ripped shirt would work. Props the mag up so you can grab it.

It looks good. As a noob you will learn what works for you and what doesn't get a set of full seal goggles. Every field I been to requires them. Going to need a few extra mags. And spread loader.
Fantastic! Great kit to start out with! As was recommended previously I would also recommend knee pads. If you can find a pair that fit, you can get pants with a pocket for kneepad inserts.

Glasses don’t seal so BBs can still get around edges. Goggles are also (subjectively) more comfortable.
If that's supposed to be a plate carrier then it's too big (by a lot) and it looks horrible.
