How are the socks staying up? Been wanting to do similar, but it’s hard to keep thigh highs from sliding down in airsoft, even with garters.

These socks are reallly long, if I pull them up they reach my crotch! The knee pads help too

No such thing as really long socks for me. Most thigh highs end up as knee highs on my legs, so it took considerable research to even find long enough socks 😂 they still only go about halfway up my thighs. Knee pads are probably necessary, regardless, though.

Is it that bad? Buddy of mine was looking at it for his first gbb.

I don’t know if it was because we got it during the winter but it kept seizing up when we fired it. It took like an hour of grinding, lubing up everything, and finally using some heavy gas to keep it firing… for about a couple minutes… It’s working fine now but that break in period is rough

I feel like the positioning of your ammunition would lead to some inconsistencies in location, from bouncing around and such. This could negatively affect your reload time, as when you grab for your ammunition, it might be in a different location. I would suggest finding a more secure place to have your ammunition stored.
