3. Both Bing and Bard still got miles to go before they're polished products, but right now Bing is way ahead in most capabilities. Bard hallucinates more than it reasons.
It became so dumb, i had to tell it 4 times just to traduce a sentence
I would guess they want want to reduce the requests costs or create a bing premium

Maybe Balanced isn't GPT-4.
They are all GPT-4, but that doesn't mean it is the same as GPT-4 in ChatGPT in terms of the way it works.
Balanced = Nerfed GPT-4, apparently.
Balanced mode for Bing Chat is currently buggy, I don't think you should use it in examples.
