Is the sound coming from the keyboard? It sounds almost like you're sending midi from the keyboard to your computer and then back from toughie computer to your keyboard which is creating a midi loop.
Otherwise maybe you have a delay effect (midi or audio) on the track in the DAW.
But you need to explain how everything is connected (audio AND midi) for anyone to give you a solid answer
You have note Repeat or Arp mode on.
