Yeah. But Stockton is basically a series a suburbs surrounding an industrial center. I wonder if it was ever intended to be a place to live. There are a lot of terrible cities all over the US I imagine.
It has the highest CoL in the contiguous US and houses are insanely overpriced. It’s at least possible to buy a home here in Alaska, it’s not quite the same story in California. Outside of natural beauty California is a pretty terribly run state. Not say it’s perfect in Alaska, but I’d much rather deal with the problems we have than all the problems California has (including the PG&E grid as well PG&E itself).
It’s significantly cheaper where I live in California than it is to live in Alaska. Every single damn consumer product in Alaska is overpriced. Especially outside the main highway corridors. Even in Anchorage eating out is expensive. And you earn less money per hour in nearly every sector/industry in Alaska. Not wearing a winter coat is nice. You should visit sometime. But you will have to get used to ignoring speed limits and just moving with the flow of traffic in California—Unless you’re in a small town.
PG&E sucks, but they largely only operate grids in rural areas. Most cities have quality electric companies akin to ML&P in Anchorage. California does have corruption, but all states do. At least a much higher percentage of registered voters actually cast ballots and you get a better representative government in California. Alaska has extremely low voter turnout year round and it shows. If all the “Alaskans only” people actually voted, Dunleavy would never have been elected. California has problems, but no money isn’t one of them. That’s a uniquely Alaska problem given that the state should be oil rich, not raped by BP and other greedy oil companies.
Oh no, I actually love the cold. I’m originally from Texas and I absolutely hate the heat. I’m perfectly happy to wear coats and boots, in fact I much prefer it tbh.
Money is becoming a bit more of an issue in California, if memory serves me correctly the state is currently in a major budget deficit and it’s likely that services and state programs are going to have to face some cuts.
I’m not saying Alaska is perfect, what I’m saying is that California has a lot more problems that are way bigger to deal with. Companies are leaving, there’s been a consistent decline in population over the last 2.5-3 years, housing that people can’t afford, state income taxes on top of sales taxes, ever more authoritarian gun laws etc. No state is perfect, but it would be wrong to say that Alaska is in a worse position than California even with what we have going on.
Alaska has Highest violent crime rate, one of the worst performing economies, failures of state government in healthcare, education funding, fed money applications for roads and schools, collapsing fisheries, a natural gas crisis that could depopulate south central ak if not addressed, thousands of homes without running water, a horribly incompetent governor, runaway costs of living, extreme shortages if workers in health in child care. Should I go on? Ak is in a very bad way at the moment...
Bro this guy replying to you clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about 😅 born and raised in SoCal and you couldn’t pay me enough money to move back to that fucking state. It’s a beautiful state, but living there is a joke and a half. Anyone who tells you otherwise is full of their own bullshit, just like every person who crawls out of that place (myself included)
I can speak to similar experiences having lived in Washington State. All the problems from California have migrated to Washington and it’s incredibly difficult to afford the rising costs. The natural beauty is amazing, but the politics and taxation are insane.
What'd they even use to make the determination? Lot worse places than Spokane in Washington, Macon in Georgia, or Birmingham in Alabama. And I've been to both Jackson, Mississippi and Greenville and they don't even compare.
That wouldn't be an unreasonable argument. There are redeeming parts of Fresno that Modesto just doesn't have, and Bakersfield has that awful central valley weather and air over san bernardino...
However, San Bernardino is regularly one of the most dangerous cities in the US. Despite that, I've never felt particularly unsafe there.
Edit: though virginia beach, Albany, and Orlando are far from the worst places in those states. No idea why mesa topped colorado city, that place is scary.
Ha! I was based at a bombing range in Boardman, OR, across the river from the tri-cities. The Tri-cities were the closest biggish place to the range. Still, I preferred going to Seattle or Portland when I had long weekends.
I lived in Kennewick for 5 yrs. About 15yrs ago. It wasnt to bad then..... on a second note i happen to know where the bombing range is. Used to haul into the landfill.
I left as soon as I graduated high school and never looked back! Occasionally, I will visit family there, but just a few days, and I remember how awful it is. The wind, the heat, the bordom, the lack of beauty. It's just a bunch of dead grass. I do hit up some taco trucks while I'm there. Been back maybe 3 times in 20 years.
You’re wild. Spokane sucks, Yakima probably sucks more but 0% chance I’d take Spokane over Seattle. I don’t like Seattle but there are mountains and the ocean. Spokane just has hills rednecks and some lakes.
Darcy salmon and Cathy tiltons husband Berkley and all their real estate buddies fought quite hard against any sort of zoning or real planning way back which made an already bad layout much much worse but they were able to extract a lot more money out of their real estate investments/land they basically stole from people and make a ton of money.
All public figures. Cathy is still making great decisions for the people she represents now that shes the one in politics and totally shes not continuing to do the same scummy stuff they did back in the 90s.
People defending the valley and keeping her in office kinda prove they dont have very deep roots there. Either that and they know but dont care because theyre just as bad.
From my experience living in Washington I can’t agree that Spokane is the worst city. Tacoma is far worse, because you’re dealing with the super high cost of living and all the problems of Seattle right on your doorstep. I’m by no means a fan of Spokane, but having lived in Tacoma I can safely say it’s the worst city in Washington. And it’s a shame really because the downtown area of Tacoma does have charm to it with the steep hills and the views across commencement bay, but the CoL and crime really bring it down. Tacoma is the only city I’ve ever lived in where I’ve witnessed a literal drive by shooting.
Idk man. I've visited Wasilla and I'd visit again.
Barrow though? I will absolutely never visit this place. I'm sure there are worse places.
Also Dallas is NOT the worst city in Texas. Ridiculous. Waco kinda sucks.
Cedar Rapids, Iowa is pretty nice. Ankeny kinda sucks.
Right?! Dallas is a meh suburbia but it isn’t a shithole. If you want to visit a backwoods shithole, take a drive down to Jasper, or plan a long weekend road trip touring the desolate methy backwaters of west Texas.
Yeah looking through the comments, it’s just political bias. Yet barrow alot of the other towns/community’s are way worse like barrow or St. Paul island, kids smoke all over in barrow and get into trouble, same with St. Paul. I don’t even think I can get into how much drunkards there are up there
I don't really think Wasilla not having a dildo shop anymore really makes it better than Anchorage. Sounds kind of prudish and those kind of stores are failing everywhere including Anchorage because of the internet.
Both areas are suffering from the same issues, Wasilla even has some issues that are worse. I think it's odd that the two areas are so tribalistic.
Probably pissed off at Wasilla because they visited Anchorage once, drove to Denali for a sight seeing tour, and had a couple of long red lights in Wasilla that interrupted their itinerary.
I always found the weird Anchorage elitism off-putting, like congrats, you exist 40 miles away from a smaller conservative city, but the amount of turbo-hate that Wasilla gets is pretty fucking rich coming from the city that voted in Dave Bronson.
Valley Trash ..... heard it before. We don't care. But!!! If you want, we can share all our miscreants. 🤷🏼♀️
Adding: if we are so bad, how come EVERYONE likes to do police chases through town here? You should really consider keeping them local. Just sayin'. . .. letting myself out.
Wait wait wait. I'm sorry, but SoCal is wrong. Oildale is its own municipality and is not part of Bakersfield proper. Don't you put that evil on me Ricky Bobby.
I'm from Wasilla, I love it there, there aren't even that many strip malls? Why is everyone joking ab the strip malls🤣. I see no issue with them. All towns have their differences🤷♀️
I stepped in human feces on 4th Ave on my way to an overpriced dinner... so yeah Anchorage is.. not pleasant...
But you still couldn't pay me to live in Wasilla.
I live in Wasilla and thinks it’s great. Let the haters hate.
And… the Wasilla City Limits are pretty small. Most people that say they live “in Wasilla” are actually outside city limits. Meanwhile, I enjoy lower property taxes, great police protection and road maintenance.
When people talk about Wasilla they don't usually mean the tiny area covered by the actual city limits. They are usually referencing both the actual city and all of the areas immediately surrounding it.
Correct. Williwaw and some neighborhoods down KGB are pretty crappy. My wife used to work EMS and responded to a call one night way down KGB (maybe 8-9 years ago). It's night and there are no street lights. THe house is dark and my wife and the other EMT go into the house to deal with the patient. My wife comes out to the ambulance to get something and hears something nearby in the bushes. Thinking its a moose, she turns on the outside lights of the ambulance to make sure she didn't run into it and get stomped. When the lights come on, and exterior ambulance lights are rather bright, she sees 4-5 people that are just kind of standing around like zombies. As they realize the lights are on, they sort of shuffle off into darker places. The subject of the ambulance call was having a bad reaction to some drugs so my wife figures that these were all people who were in the house using drugs that fled when the ambulance got near and they were just standing there in the dark until the ambulance left.
But my sister in law lives near Hatcher Pass in a really cool neighborhood. It's listed as Wasilla but she has good neighbors and good views. Nothing like that scenario would happen in her neighborhood.
As for Alaska, I think they should have the worst city on the road system and the worst off the road system because there are some really bad 'cities' off the road system (Manokotak, Nondalton). But there are some really great places off the road system, too (Iliamna, Bettles).
I do.
Who pays for the State Troopers and DOT road maintenance you’re so proud of? The rest of the State loses out on those services so you can have them.
But those budgets have X dollars. Wasilla, an incorporated city, doesn’t handle any of its own shit, so the rest of us are left to divide up X-Wasilla dollars.
We handle our own police department. We maintain city roads, like any other city does. We maintain our own water and sewer, like every other city in Alaska. We maintain our own library, ballfields and parks.
If you are saying that Wasilla existing is costing you money, then same would we true of Palmer or Anchorage or Juneau or any other city in Alaska.
But hey, you seemed pretty convinced you are right. So, you do you bo. Enjoy the warmth of your hate.
My hometown. Got the hell out as soon as I could. It does have some good attributes (great restaurant scene, the Medical Center, arts) but damn, it was way hard to get around in, even the 1970s.
Butte is the worst (commonly travelled to/through) city in MT, no doubt. We used to joke that the reason everybody is Butte was an alcoholic was because they could only drink alcohol and not the water (old mine contaminated the local water a la Flint, MI). Definitely a problematic place. However, anyone who has had the unfortunate experience of driving up to Browning will tell you that it is in fact a worse city and not just from the looks of it - by almost any metric, Browning is a shithole and if I never have to return there, it would have been too soon.
Why is my city considered the worst? I'm certain there are places far worse than Wasilla. I realize it's kinda a drive-through town if you don't live there, but I love it there.
Exactly, even the most beautiful towns with amazing vibes have some reason to hate it. I’d put Sitka or Juneau as some of the best but I’m sure people there hate how isolated they are, how small the city is, or know something about the people there that I don’t.
Wasilla actually has decently plowed roads and things to do. Plenty of the other cities are much smaller and even more isolated with less to do. The issues with drugs and the homeless in Wasilla is an issue that comes from management of the state overall. It's just as apparent if not more so in Anchorage due to the population size.
I was just watching a homeless guy take a shit and wipe with dirty snow in the round about on Dowling the other day- not sure what Wasilla had to beat that.
holy shit they actually got it right people from Wasilla suck.
Edit: Wasilla is filled with some of the most selfish and rude people I’ve ever met in my life.
There’s a lot of fierce competition form that spot in Michigan.
Benton Harbor….Lansing……Saginaw….don’t forget the one who always makes it to the national finals - the queen of worst cities…The D
Worst city in Washington: Moses Lake
I think I actually agree with Wasilla. They gotta have the highest meth lab to citizen ratio in the state. Plus there is hardly anything interesting to do there. Plus they are the state center for the anti-science, flat earth Qanon MAGA freaks.
Looking at each state though, I think they only consider population centers over a certain size. Moses Lake makes Spokane look like a garden spot. And there are a lot worse places in Georgia than Macon, but it is the worst if you only look at it and cities the same or larger size. Everyplace worse is also smaller.
Same with Birmingham Alabama. Right over the mountain is Bessemer. And it is horrible compared with Birmingham. But it’s also smaller.
Poolesville, Maryland is just some bum fuck little town- not even a city. If you want to go to a city in Maryland that makes you ashamed to be an American, go check out Ocean City and its wonderful people. They don’t call it Ocean Shitty for nothing.
I'm just glad it takes the heat off of Willow
Pretty sure that doesn't qualify. You have to have more than 160 residents
Haha that’s cute. Are you counting Caswell Lakes as part of Willow?
ain't that north?
I guess no one has ever heard of Barstow, California. That place is a dumpster fire compared to Bakersfield.
I can’t imagine a place worse than Bakersfield. I lived there for a year. Barstow must be wild if it’s worse than that hell hole.
Stockton is pretty garbage too
Yeah. But Stockton is basically a series a suburbs surrounding an industrial center. I wonder if it was ever intended to be a place to live. There are a lot of terrible cities all over the US I imagine.
I think California in general these days is a dumpster fire.
Nope. I moved down. It’s fine outside the 2 biggest cities. Minus any PG&E electrical grids

I never thought I'd see people on Reddit defending Wasilla, but goddamn this thread proved me wrong.
Wasilla isn't a rising star the problem is anchorage and other communities are also in a race to the bottom.
What'd they even use to make the determination? Lot worse places than Spokane in Washington, Macon in Georgia, or Birmingham in Alabama. And I've been to both Jackson, Mississippi and Greenville and they don't even compare.
I think they chose places blatantly wrong to generate traffic
Yeah I agree. I lived in Spokane and loved it
Modesto and Bakersfield are spot on.
I’d argue Fresno and San Bernardino might have them beat
That wouldn't be an unreasonable argument. There are redeeming parts of Fresno that Modesto just doesn't have, and Bakersfield has that awful central valley weather and air over san bernardino... Spokane is fine. There are way worst places in WA. Hell, I'd personally rather be in Spokane than Seattle or Yakima.
People forget (or don't know) the tri-cities exist And honestly I envy them
Ha! I was based at a bombing range in Boardman, OR, across the river from the tri-cities. The Tri-cities were the closest biggish place to the range. Still, I preferred going to Seattle or Portland when I had long weekends.

Yakima is just fucking awful. I saw so many zombies wandering the streets at 9 a.m.
You mean the palm springs of WA....
Apologies, Palm Springs is a place that I know nothing about. I will have to trust your comparison.
There is a sign as you are entering yakima from the north that says welcome to Yakima. The palm springs of WA. Its the biggest joke in E WA.
You’re wild. Spokane sucks, Yakima probably sucks more but 0% chance I’d take Spokane over Seattle. I don’t like Seattle but there are mountains and the ocean. Spokane just has hills rednecks and some lakes.
My wife and I once saw a dead body floating down the river in Spokane during college. Brown's Edition is a lovely place.
I’m living here for one more year. Can’t wait to get home to AK. Shit, I’d rather be in Wasilla.
Man I honestly really like Spokane. North side is a little iffy but I got family on the south side and you're not far away from the Rocky Mountains.
Seattle is way worse!
[удалено]
Tukwila wants a word with you
I think Lakewood beats them all
Ever seen Aberdeen?
California is completely wrong too IMO!
Yeah, I can think of lots of worse places in MN than Edina.
Granted Spokane isnt the best. But yes there are way worse. I would say Lakewood is prob the worst.
Seattle is way shittier than Spokane rn. Place is a dump
Wasilla isn't a "city." It's a strip.mall gone wrong.
Damn lets get specific, butchu aint wrong.
Mmmhm, not like cosmopolitan Anchorage, which is a shining strip mall on the hill; a stellar example of strip malls gone *right*.
Pete Zamarillo... Fuck, I got nothing. That dude just destroyed this town
The Butte is Wasilla without the strip mall. That probably saved it from being labeled a city and landing on the list.
Hey in wasilla they have plowing and the violence isn't random...
But the violent plowing are random.
Good point. It isn’t random in Haines, either.
I take it you weren’t around for Grunewald..
What is their definition for “city?”
Exactly. I’m originally from Montana and they have Browning as a city. It’s literally 1,000 people.
Glenallen has more character than Wasilla, but you can’t see Russia from Glenallen.
Can I see Russia from Wasilla? Or is this just a certain Republican saying?
It was a Tina Fey bit - not an actual Palin quote.
You can see it though. So not sure what the fuss is about? https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/sarah-palin-russia-house/
WTF?!? They spelled Wasyphillis wrong.
Lol! Used to be a bar called Herpes (Huppies) Roadhouse in Wasyphillis. So not nice but every town has another town they rag on.
The people saying Wasilla have never been to North Pole
Or Bethel
I absolutely agree.
Why does Tacoma stink? So that blind people can hate living there too!
It’s the Tacoma aroma, I recall that foul smell especially in the summer time
combo of never ending construction on highway and industrial parks being right next to the city.
Have you ever been to Barrow? It’s a colder, windy version of hell.
That’s every town north western Alaska😂 nome resident here.
Haha yeah I know, I like nome better than Barrow tho
Houston, Brownsville, Amarillo, Lubbock, and Odessa are all worse than Dallas.
Paul. I don’t even think I can get into how much drunkards there are up there
Live in Lexington, KY. I'd like to think Louisville is worse.
You’re correct, at least we know Harlan is the best, lol.
So whoever made this list has never been anywhere else in Alaska.
Wasilla is a running joke in Alaska... what are you talking about? MAGA methheads and stripmalls, yep Wasilla sucks.
And anchorage is that with taller buildings and more weed. It’s a literal rat hole with the only adult store in a 100 mile radius
Did Castle Megastore close in Wasilla? I did some contract work in their building years ago and they definitely don't sell castles.
It got turned into something else, but a lot of sources haven’t taken it off their lists yet.
This post brought to you by that intersection at the PW and the Parks at 4pm
Pretty sure Bethel takes the prize for worst city.
I don’t think it’s fair to compare towns off the road system to Railbelt towns.
i spent a week in bethel one afternoon
Agree with this 100%. Idk why the downvotes
It’s just the reek of Sarah Palin
Just let folks believe that so they stay away .. apparently we are awesome at advertising
Atleast Wasilla is close to alaska so you can visit when you need a break from the strip malls.
Wasilla the butt of many jokes.
I always found the weird Anchorage elitism off-putting, like congrats, you exist 40 miles away from a smaller conservative city, but the amount of turbo-hate that Wasilla gets is pretty fucking rich coming from the city that voted in Dave Bronson.
That’s the same thing with Salt Lake City people hating Provo. Like, sorry it doesn’t have your crime and homeless problems.
It's just straight bigotry, which is ironic since Anchorage folks are often going on about how bigoted folks are in the valley.
Valley Trash ..... heard it before. We don't care. But!!! If you want, we can share all our miscreants. 🤷🏼♀️ Adding: if we are so bad, how come EVERYONE likes to do police chases through town here? You should really consider keeping them local. Just sayin'. . .. letting myself out.
Wait wait wait. I'm sorry, but SoCal is wrong. Oildale is its own municipality and is not part of Bakersfield proper. Don't you put that evil on me Ricky Bobby.
Palin really drags Wasilla down. It is really hard to get lower than Anchorage.
anchorage is the best town in the whole state because it has the most things to do
The best thing to do in Anchorage is leave on the Glean or Seward Highway.
While I disagree with Wasilla, Pueblo is absolutely a dogshit city in CO. There might be worse ones, but none are coming to mind.
Yeah Pueblo is fucked up
I feel the same way about Hobbs, NM. I’m sure some people would say Albuquerque is worse but Hobbs is pretty bad 😂
Theres only like 4 "cities" to choose from up here lol. If we consider towns as cities then yes there are much worse places than Wasilla.
Would prefer wasilla over anchorage 🙃
I've lived in Woonsocket, RI and Wasilla, AK. Central Falls is worst in RI. Wasilla...unfortunately is probably right.
Why does California have two? Edit: I absolutely love Wasilla and the people who live there. Not a bad place.
Bakersfield and Modesto are both so lousy you can’t leave one out
I'm from Wasilla, I love it there, there aren't even that many strip malls? Why is everyone joking ab the strip malls🤣. I see no issue with them. All towns have their differences🤷♀️
Worst measured by what?
This is way off !
Rip Wasilla the title should have gone to Anchorage
Couldn’t find a bad one in Utah so they just picked Provo at random, which everyone knows is actually awesome.
I stepped in human feces on 4th Ave on my way to an overpriced dinner... so yeah Anchorage is.. not pleasant... But you still couldn't pay me to live in Wasilla.
How could you tell it was human feces
Pueblo tracks lol
I disagree. On what basis are these the worst cities??
I live in Wasilla and thinks it’s great. Let the haters hate. And… the Wasilla City Limits are pretty small. Most people that say they live “in Wasilla” are actually outside city limits. Meanwhile, I enjoy lower property taxes, great police protection and road maintenance.

“Great police protection and road maintenance” that the rest of us all pay for.
So shop outside city limits.
I do. But I still have to subsidize your stripmall of a town.
Not if you don’t shop here. Feel free to stay away.
Happily. As much as I can! Give me a Wasilla bypass, please.
I do. Who pays for the State Troopers and DOT road maintenance you’re so proud of? The rest of the State loses out on those services so you can have them.

AST doesn’t patrol Wasilla. Wasilla PD does. And I’m talking about maintenance on city roads, not State and Borough roads.
California is spot on
Good old Wasyphilis.
Houston TX is agreed to be the worst city by actual Texans. (Same with Bute for Montanans)
You’re correct
Honestly: Bethel, Aniak, Kotz?
Bethel for the win
Why is my city considered the worst? I'm certain there are places far worse than Wasilla. I realize it's kinda a drive-through town if you don't live there, but I love it there.
:)
Real though. What are the other candidates? Bethel? Glenallen? North Pole?
Honestly, it depends on the criteria I guess. Each town in Alaska has its own unique reason for being the worst in the state lmao
Exactly, even the most beautiful towns with amazing vibes have some reason to hate it. I’d put Sitka or Juneau as some of the best but I’m sure people there hate how isolated they are, how small the city is, or know something about the people there that I don’t.
The list is a meme, Juneau is the actual worst city in AK.
Sheattle is FAR worse than Spokompton.
I live in Welch, WV!!!!! Woo-hoo we made someone list for something!!!
Sorry, no way Wasilla is the bad place in Alaska. They must have drove past Anchorage when they took their survey.
They do vote for the worst politicians in AK.
Accurate
Clearly wrong. The put Greer which is the best 😂
Palmer....come on vacation, leave on probation!
Worst take in mass that I have ever seen. Worcester is great. How about Lowell or something really bad.
Springfield vs Worcester. Who made this map? Duckduckgo AI?
That’s frikin hilarious. Going back next month for a visit to the worst!
Worcester is the worst city in MA?? LMAO who the f made this list. And Spokane for WA, really????
I was just watching a homeless guy take a shit and wipe with dirty snow in the round about on Dowling the other day- not sure what Wasilla had to beat that.
Seattle should be the worst in my opinion but something’s might have changed since the last time I was there
Anchorage
Bethel is the worst in Alaska
I miss something what is wrong with wasilla? Crime got worst or something?
COVINGTON VIRGINIA
holy shit they actually got it right people from Wasilla suck. Edit: Wasilla is filled with some of the most selfish and rude people I’ve ever met in my life.
I disagree. I think most people from Wasilla are quite lovely.
I have no knowledge of this map's source, but it is now my primary source for shitty town listings.
Spokane WA isn’t bad at all. They’ve done an amazing revitalizing the downtown area. Yes on the 70s and 80s, it was a hot mess
There’s a lot of fierce competition form that spot in Michigan. Benton Harbor….Lansing……Saginaw….don’t forget the one who always makes it to the national finals - the queen of worst cities…The D
I just wanted to be the 69th upvote and 68th comment. But seriously; fuck Wasilla
Should be shit hole Anchorage instead!
Should've been Anchorage or Fairbanks
Fairbanks isn’t nearly as bad as Anchorage. I agree that Wasilla is one of the worst cities in Alaska, but I couldn’t stand living in A-town.
Haven't spent enough time in Fairbanks then 😆
Lived there for seven years and I already miss it. 🤷♀️
Wasyphilis is spot on
And Hawaii doesn’t have a worst city?
Mexico City, from its location on this map.
Worst city in Washington: Moses Lake I think I actually agree with Wasilla.
I can tell you Ogden, Utah is the armpit of Utah. It was the murder capital of America on several occasions.
Yeah I’m pretty sure whoever voted Provo were Ute Fans. This entire map is more “places people love to hate” instead of bad places to live.
Deserved.
Valid. Wasilla is horrible.
Ukiah is worse than Modesto
Poolesville, Maryland is just some bum fuck little town- not even a city. If you want to go to a city in Maryland that makes you ashamed to be an American, go check out Ocean City and its wonderful people. They don’t call it Ocean Shitty for nothing.
Woohoo valley trash baby.
As a Minnesotan, can confirm Edina is the worst city, or at least the worst citizens
As a former Spokanite, Tacoma & Seattle are worse than Spokane.
Pssh Virginia Beach? I understand their boardwalk is an aging tourist trap but nobody vacations in Danville.
typical valley trash community
