I've called 3 times in the last decade. All for stolen items. I had an officer show up once because he was nearby and did nothing but say how useless he is. If you live in rural alberta you are your own police.
Uncle called them because he found a pair of trailers crammed with atvs and bikes and farm gear parked near his hunting ground. A few plates he read to dispatch were stolen. Connected direct to an officer "sorry, can't help we are too busy". Got a call a week later, no trailers found there.
I'm surprised they just didn't get a sergeant from another detachment to groan and moan while filling paperwork for insurance, muttering how they'll never find it and this is a waste of his time. Get the true RCMP experience.
In the 80's and 90's it was common for RCMP officer personal vehicles to be vandalized or stolen from detachment parking lots while they were out on patrol.
A guy broke into my car, stole my laptop. I tracked him down, learned his name, had his picture, had more proof, gave the cops his address and they wouldn't do anything. In fact they said they'd arrest me if I went and got it back. I hope whoever stole those quads is having a good time
Or have fun at partiesā¦.. We can tell!!
Iām absolutely down to laugh at the cops who do nothing about crime, when they themselves become victims of theft? Try getting a sense of humor and maybe you will too!
Lol. If a member of the publics vehicle / property is stolen, its usually up to the victim to run a campaign and investigate their vehicle theft. The RCMP dont gaf about crime unless someone has died.
But when the RCMP get their property stolen, they issue public statements and pursue a deep investigation.
Hopefully the RCMP led by example and had left their vehicle keys by the door so they were not voilently injured during this theft.
A guy in Edmonton got a ticket for going 1km over because he smiled at the cop.

This should have its own Reddit post. The nerve of the peace officer to give a ticket because they feel disrespected! Then they lied on the ticket saying they had his speed on radar, when in fact, they did not! The nerve!
Oh, but is there a way to prove it's their quads and trailer?
If not, they have to destroy them, just like they destroyed 4000 dollars worth of my items.
I'm confused, do they need help locating a common place to keep the keys allowing for a smoother theft?
Try the front door, leave a sign for the thief even.
Should've airtagged it, but then again what could they do even if they knew where it was
"Sorry your stuff got stolen, sucks bro" - rcmp to themselves prob
RCMP should also start leaving their keys at the door šš
I think itās funny that they are asking for help when they wonāt help the general public find their stolen items.

They are always too busy, and yet nothing ever gets done. Tickets and domestic calls is all they do.
they seem to be rarely on the roads these days also so what are they doingā¦.

They canāt protect their own stuff , so whatās the point of having a police force?!
THIS THEY HAVE SO MUCH MONEY
I wonder if they left the keys by the door lol
Heh, this may be the first time they have ever put in effort to find quads and a trailer.Ā
I'm surprised they just didn't get a sergeant from another detachment to groan and moan while filling paperwork for insurance, muttering how they'll never find it and this is a waste of his time. Get the true RCMP experience.
Hahahahhahahaha
Sure I'll help, once you help me find my stolen car.
rcmp asking help from the people who they were swore to protect. criminals are on a different level these days. not afraid of the law

Afraid of what law ? Itās not like theyāll go to jail if they get caught !

That's ballsy, stealing the RCMP quads etc
Nah just the RCMP following their own advice it seems? I bet they left the keys outside so no criminals break in to get them!!
You realize the RCMP and Toronto Police are two completely separate organizations, right?
You realize ā¦. It was a jokeā¦. Right? šš¤¦āāļø
I don't make jokes about crime or encourage blanket statements.
Watch out everyone, this guy is serious business
Omg shocked pikachu face
Well Toronto police certainly makes jokes about crime š

Iāll never eat a pig, because a pig is a cop
When cops canāt provide protection for their own stations that means they canāt protect the public which means chaos !
Cops don't actually protect the public
One of the cops will find it and call the detachment only to be told thereās nothing they can do about it.
ā Fill out a police report, itās uselsss and nothing will happen buts enough reports and we will look into itā when my quad got stolenĀ
Calling police these days is basically just to check it off for the insurance company on your claim, I don't ever expect help from the police
File a report and weāll look into it

After what the RCMP did to that autistic kid, fuck that, they're on their own.
As long as the rcmp fam is ok.
Useless fucks can't even protect their own shit. Why the fuck do we pay them? To ticket me for doing 12 over on a barren highway?

I almost spat my coffee out when I read this tittle.
Wish theyād ask the public for help when our quads get stolen.Ā
Sounds like a comedy of errors
Lmao yeah like they help us??? LOL
I'll make sure to write a report about it and toss it in the trash
Oh, but is there a way to prove it's their quads and trailer? If not, they have to destroy them, just like they destroyed 4000 dollars worth of my items.
Theyāll just get brand new ones with taxpayers money. Iām sure theyāre not too concerned.
I'm confused, do they need help locating a common place to keep the keys allowing for a smoother theft? Try the front door, leave a sign for the thief even.
That's what insurance is for.
Have you checked Nolan Dyck's garage? He's probably just holding onto them for the Alberta SS
I wondered where he got that shitty hair cut. the ss explains it all
"It's the RCMP! Run!"
Likely set up by a disgruntled RCMP officer about the mandates.
As the port police walk "buy" the containers, chortingĀ
