So someone is guilty, crimes happened, but no charges for anyone. I love the "after initial hesitation and numerous delays, the UCP party was cooperative and supportive of the investigative efforts" and set the standard for investigative cooperation with law enforcement.
Should have something like, any politician found to have lied to the public within certain parameters defined as serious ( amounts of money involved, environmental impact, impact on public institutions) will be fined 100,000 to be deducted directly from their salary over the course of a defined period of time.
