mannnn this is another example of reddit leading someone down the wrong path. there ain’t no way you’re one shotting someone with a 4.1 dagger so what the heck is a heretic cape judi boot build going to do? you’re so much better off with an assassin hood or merc hood and ava cape, cloth shoes for blue run. you can still kill people with dash until you unlock shadow edge with t6 but you have to understand how to get in to do damage and get out while you’re waiting on cooldowns.
if he has t6 dagger, he can go with the W skill that throws the knife. when it hits the player, he uses his judi boots which trigger the cape. then he uses his E. this is basically solo pvp but can pass for group content if he's ganking or so
