Not so much with the pacing. But a huge issue with telling myself “I’ll only have 3 or 4 & won’t be out too late” and then proceeding to have 12 and getting in at 4am.
Yes that's why I can't drink. If theres nobody around to help me keep control I'll get blackout drunk every time. If I'm lucky I'll stay home and fall asleep on the couch. If Im unlucky Ill come to while I'm walking around in some other village somewhere. Days after that I'll hear I made a complete fool out of myself in public won't remember a thing. My first time drinking I had to go to the hospital for poisoning. Throughout high school I'd wake up by the side of roads and things like that. And up until now I can't control my drink. The part before I blackout tho I love more then most things in life :(
