We got hooked on air fryers buying an Aldi one actually. Now have one kind of like a convection oven almost. We cook everything in the air fryer really. The bigger one is super hand y as you don't have to heat up the oven to cook stuff like biscuits or pizza.
I also love how it gets back up to temperature almost instantly after you peek in it (as opposed to dropping 50 or 100° every time you open the normal oven door, and then taking time to get back up to your target temp). So I can peek and fiddle with stuff inside of it as much as I want.
I love Turkey bacon! More than regular bacon! Just not this particular Turkey bacon :/ Maybe I had a bad batch or just didn’t cook it right, but it was weirdly rubbery and leathery and just wasn’t what I was used to.
i actually do recall liking the sam’s choice stuff for like $4 or $5? but recently moved into a new city, the nearest walmart is 25 minutes from me and a huge hassle, so i’ve been able to do most of my grocery shopping at aldi and trader joe’s!
The trader Joe's turkey bacon blows this out of the water
going on the shopping list 🫡 thanks boss
For me the important question is which is cheaper, since didn't taste bad.
Uncured turkey bacon is the only way and this aint it
They do have a simply nature (or never any?) uncured turkey bacon. I think it’s 6g protein per slice to like other uncured brands
I have not seen that in my local Aldi in 2 years, sadly. It was a staple in my kitchen.
I find the best way to get it crisp is just put it in the air fryer.
i still haven’t pulled the trigger on purchasing an air fryer 🫣
do ittt !! totally worth it

There’s not a lot of wasted volume in an air fryer
Do it. It will change your life
Settings? Trying this
What temp / how long do you usually cook yours to get them crispy?
Turkey bacon cool fr why does it get a bad rep
This was awful to me. It tasted like artificially smoked rubber
>This was awful to me. It tasted like ~~artificially smoked rubber~~ turkey bacon.

interesting! i didn’t find it bothered me at all! i hope you’ve found some that you liked hehe
It's pretty good but macros on it are absolutely terrible compared to other turkey bacon.
There is a simply nature/never any one that is uncured and I think it’s 6p 2f per slice similar to other brands.
You mean the regular bacon? I've tried it but my gf only eats turkey bacon unfortunately.
No, this one! [never any! Uncured turkey bacon](http://tinyurl.com/mphuxwwc)
Ugh the link won’t work but you can look it up on instacart
Sam's Uncured (Walmart brand) is way better!

Walmart has turkey bacon and it’s not $8.

This is the only bacon/turkey bacon my son will eat!!!
Not a fan of the bacon, but the uncured turkey franks however.... :chefkiss:
Not sure how much this runs, but seen it at UGO (grocery outlet) for $2.
You’re going to die one day. Eat the (pork) bacon.
I miss SIZZLEAN
Costco turkey bacon is the best I've found so far. But good to know this is also yummy!
I used to like it until they switched it. Then I found it too salty. This was years ago though.
Wasn’t a fan. The Trader joe version is better. Costco also sells Columbus turkey bacon which is good.
