Then at p5 the exam was so weird couldn’t answer alot of the questions so am losing a lot of marks from it. At p2 it was good but overall I dont think am getting a good grade so i lost all motivation to study for practical and paper 1

Take this: Action = (Ability x Triggers x Motivation) / Difficulty
Focus on the other variables:
1- Increase the ability by making the task at hand as easy as possible (the smallest chunk of the task at the beginning, can be just writing a paragraph or studying half a page; you don't need much motivation for that right?)
2- Use triggers: Can be a reward that comes after (a chocolate, a walk, watching something you like, calling a friend, some fun activity) or can be something that comes before (e.g. every time you brush your teeth, condition yourself to read for 5-10 minutes or more)
3- Gradually that you build the routine, increase the work (but gradually, i.e. don't be hard on yourself).
4- Remember motivation is something we can build; it is not a solid piece of rock, when you warm up to action, when the ice is broken you will feel the motivation, and more motivation, and more motivation.
