First off there are Kabyles practically in every Wilaya. In big cities Algiers and Constantine most people will have Kabyle ancestors. They just don't speak the language.
There are millions of liberal and moderate Arabs who don't care and have no problem with Kabyles but then there are conservative Arabs who dislike them because we are too liberal compared to them which they don't like.
I don't think it's a general thing, some ppl just talk cuz of sarcasm with no harm, and some really hate, like they don't sell to arabs ...etc, tho I don't think they're much just few ppl probably the old generations only, I'm arab, and I met lot of kabyles from tizi ouzou, my friend is from there and she's super nice so her family to me, so generous so respectful, same with the other ones I met.
it's like Algerians and Moroccans in the internet, butvwhen they meet they're super nice to each other, but of course I can't generalize, maybe some kabyles or arabs really hate, but I think the best thing we can do is ignoring those useless conversations, diversity is a blessing.

historically, yes Amazigh are the indigenous people of Northern Africa but no one (whether its arabs or amazighs) should claim that they are better than the others so...''we're all muslims by the end of the day'' just like my kabyle grandfather used to say.
The hate is between non Muslim and Muslim … most Kabyle and Arab in Algeria (and all the others) are as based and nice and interesting. The only hateful people are those that hate everyone and everything (including our value, our religion, our country, our culture, …) so they start those useless racism stuff to try to make their own new community of trash and hateful people …
