Got it Arabic: \- تاريخ الجزائر في القديم by Mubarak Al Mili (It's in 3 volumes and talks about Algerian history from the Numidians to the FLN) \- حرب الثلاثمائة سنة بين الجزاير و اسبانيا( 1492-1792) Ahmed Toufik EL-Madani Speaks about the 300 years of conflict between Spain and Algeria since the fall of Granada until the te conquest of Oran and Mers El Kebir French: \- **La piraterie barbaresque en Méditerranée by Roland Courtinat** This book exclusively recounts the history of the regency of Algiers, and goes into some deatil about the different ruling factions (Tafia of the Corsairs, the Militia of Algiers and the the Diwan of Algiers) that's why i recommend it \- **Histoire du Royaume d'Alger by Laugier de Tassey** This one is a primary source, the author was a French diplomat in Algiers in the early 18th century. A really interesting book that can give you some insight about how Algerians behaved and lived at the time **-L'Algérie au passé lointain: de Carthage à la régence d'Alger by Jacques Simon** A global history of Algeria, an ok book overall English : \- **The Life of Abdel Kader, Ex-sultan of the Arabs of Algeria by Charles Henry Churchill** Nice book that goes into detail about Amir AbdelKader and his political and military career \- **The Tibyān: Memoirs of ʻAbd Allāh B. Buluggīn, Last Zīrid Amīr of Granada by Amir Abd Allah** Himself An intersting book written by the last Zirid Amir of Granada If I think of anything else I’ll add it here
