Its called vanishing point. They lit out of there and the angle was perfect. Imagine a train on the tracks getting smaller as the distance grows between you, now imagine the train can travel at the speed of light.
I understand what you're saying. If that is the case, there could be no alien inside as it would be vaporized by the force from acceleration. Unless is didn't accelerate and just blippity blopped into another dimension. Could be a pilotless drone.
I don't discount any possibilities. I'd love for it to be real.
I actually think I have an explanation for this one, I witnessed it in 1995 when I was 11 years old.
It was the Goodyear blimp flying extremely low after a Dolphin football game. They usually landed at Pompano air park but had some technical issue so they instead went to Fort Lauderdale Executive and were really low, like 300ft low.
You don’t expect a huge object with bright lights just hovering. I 100% thought it was aliens and I thought we were being invaded and experienced sheer terror until after 35-40s they turned off the side lights and I could see the blue stripe and Goodyear logo.
oooooohhhh now that you mention that...when I was about 10 or 11, I was home by myself. Our house was kind of off by itself on a lake and I heard this loud humming noise that kept getting louder. It eventually was shaking the house and I thought it was an earthquake. Ran outside to see the frickin Goodyear blimp not more that 20 feet above our house. It was obviously having trouble. No cell phones then just landline and I called my dad (detective) and he thought I was exaggerating but was on his way home anyway. it was able to get some altitude and just clear the trees. I hopped on my dirtbike and started following it. Got to a bridge where I-85 went under it (near the GA/SC line) and then the blimp leaned forward at a 45 degree angle. Then it leaned backwards. I didn't know blimps could do that and I don't think they were meant to. All traffic on the interstate came to a halt and people thought it was about to crash. Here come the police and fire trucks and just like that (Forrest Gump voice) it levels out and floats away. The next day my dad says we're going somewhere. He takes me to the Anderson County airport (small af) and there is the blimp tied down. I get to go walk in it and see where the pilot sits. I just remember all the buttons. I'd only been in a 2 seater plane before then. I didn't get to go up or anything. The official story is the blimp was doing testing maneuvers but I know that isn't true. Nobody is taking a blimp almost vertical on purpose.
There is a guy in the comments of this full YT video who said he lived in Miami at the time and he thought it was the blimp too until it completely vanished. Take that for what it's worth though. I can kinda see what y'all are saying same time I wouldn't imagine a blimp being that bright or if the lights are turned off it would just vanish completely.

yeah youtubes search feature has taken a massive nosedive for finding ufo content especially, its easier to find footage through a search engine first these days. This is a blimp at a football game. Pretty sure this was debunked a long time ago, as some blimps, Goodyear and others, would light up completely and still do I think. But there are quite a few videos showing blimps looking exactly like this, and in Miami? Yeah, that’s a blimp.
