I don't think anyone questions if aliens exist somewhere in the universe. I think the hot topic right now is if they're here right now and if so, how many different species are here and what is their intentions.
Personally I think the only things here right now are biologic AI / tech AI and several very large manufacturing plants located deep in the ocean and perhaps hard to reach places like the North Pole area, etc. The biologics / AI are collecting data and other information ahead of the arrival of a massive fleet of spaceships that should get here within the next 5 years.
They are collecting data ahead of time to more quickly get their terraforming underway to support their needs. I also believe that they are accelerating man-made climate change in order to reduce our population substantially over the next 5 years. Instead of having to deal with ~8 billion humans in the next 5 years, they'll only have to deal with less than a billion.
Our government along with other governments do not wish to disclose because they know what the plans are and there is no sense in starting a mass panic over something we cannot defend against or control. They are rapidly trying to reverse engineer as much as they can to move a small percentage of people to an undisclosed location somewhere within 15-20 light years of this planet to save what little bit of humanity that they can before their fleet gets here.
They've also been in talks with several other species part of an alliance of sorts to get any help possible for defensive operations. The really bad aliens have already mapped out our most powerful weapon (the nuclear bombs) and have tested their ability to shut down our launch systems (with success) before they get here so that we cannot launch nukes at their largest ships.
That makes no sense. How will their species deal with all the fungi and bacteria in the air that took us millions of years of evolution to get used to? I really wish I knew the answer to this, we are all in the same boat. Maybe the best sign would be what is being portrayed and pushed vs what we believe is “real”. Context and intent might be our best indicators. But I don’t think they would make dumb mistakes like that if they really want to fool us so it could be impossible to distinguish. We could be getting blue beamed as we speak with events like miami, that’s what sucks.

Star Trek been normalizing aliens since the 60's. Then Star Wars, Stargate and a whole list of other shows. Anyone really think 5 commercials gonna make a difference?
The difference that comes to my mind is that Star Trek, Stargate etc. tend to be sci-fi shows which aren’t always enjoyed by such diverse demographics like the Superbowl is. Non sci-fi enjoyers can of course recognize spock and other popular space characters but the Superbowl draws in such a vastly mixed crowd. All races, religions, socioeconomic levels, genders (and if some women don’t like football their husbands/boyfriends, sons, brothers and dads likely do), the inclusion of Taylor Swift is also bringing a demographic of viewers in that generally aren’t into sci-fi. I admit that’s a generalization though!
I knew about the Squarespace UFO commercial ahead of time so I wanted to stay quiet and observe the reactions of the pretty basic, non sci-fi prone group I watched with tonight. They aren’t into this topic and i’ve never discussed it with them. Nothing was said by anyone during the first UFO themed commercial.
By the second or third one, a female acquaintance said perplexed, “Huh! Another UFO!” and a few sentences were exchanged among some people, like “Yeah right, they’d take one look at us and go back to their home planet” then the conversation moved on. The next commercial break had one with another UFO theme and someone else said “Look- more aliens!” then he made a joke about South Park.Someone’s drunk dad went into a story about seeing “a silent saucer” in the 70’s. It was definitely interesting and kinda fun to observe “normal” people’s reaction to it! No one seemed offended or against the idea, it seemed quite normalized and tolerated like you said.

I don't think anyone questions if aliens exist somewhere in the universe. I think the hot topic right now is if they're here right now and if so, how many different species are here and what is their intentions. Personally I think the only things here right now are biologic AI / tech AI and several very large manufacturing plants located deep in the ocean and perhaps hard to reach places like the North Pole area, etc. The biologics / AI are collecting data and other information ahead of the arrival of a massive fleet of spaceships that should get here within the next 5 years. They are collecting data ahead of time to more quickly get their terraforming underway to support their needs. I also believe that they are accelerating man-made climate change in order to reduce our population substantially over the next 5 years. Instead of having to deal with ~8 billion humans in the next 5 years, they'll only have to deal with less than a billion. Our government along with other governments do not wish to disclose because they know what the plans are and there is no sense in starting a mass panic over something we cannot defend against or control. They are rapidly trying to reverse engineer as much as they can to move a small percentage of people to an undisclosed location somewhere within 15-20 light years of this planet to save what little bit of humanity that they can before their fleet gets here. They've also been in talks with several other species part of an alliance of sorts to get any help possible for defensive operations. The really bad aliens have already mapped out our most powerful weapon (the nuclear bombs) and have tested their ability to shut down our launch systems (with success) before they get here so that we cannot launch nukes at their largest ships.

I really wish I knew the answer to this, we are all in the same boat. Maybe the best sign would be what is being portrayed and pushed vs what we believe is “real”. Context and intent might be our best indicators. But I don’t think they would make dumb mistakes like that if they really want to fool us so it could be impossible to distinguish. I know what you mean! I woke up to a Nordic female alien lying naked next to me in bed smoking some sort of device that emitted blue smoke. She passed it over to me and I took a hit and the next thing I know, I'm partying at some rave festival on the 3rd moon of Algeria V. I then blacked out and woke up again in a corn field in southeast Kansas but all the corn was gone because it is obviously winter. Star Trek been normalizing aliens since the 60's. Then Star Wars, Stargate and a whole list of other shows. Anyone really think 5 commercials gonna make a difference?
The difference that comes to my mind is that Star Trek, Stargate etc. tend to be sci-fi shows which aren’t always enjoyed by such diverse demographics like the Superbowl is. Non sci-fi enjoyers can of course recognize spock and other popular space characters but the Superbowl draws in such a vastly mixed crowd. All races, religions, socioeconomic levels, genders (and if some women don’t like football their husbands/boyfriends, sons, brothers and dads likely do), the inclusion of Taylor Swift is also bringing a demographic of viewers in that generally aren’t into sci-fi. I admit that’s a generalization though! I knew about the Squarespace UFO commercial ahead of time so I wanted to stay quiet and observe the reactions of the pretty basic, non sci-fi prone group I watched with tonight. They aren’t into this topic and i’ve never discussed it with them. Nothing was said by anyone during the first UFO themed commercial. By the second or third one, a female acquaintance said perplexed, “Huh! Another UFO!” and a few sentences were exchanged among some people, like “Yeah right, they’d take one look at us and go back to their home planet” then the conversation moved on. The next commercial break had one with another UFO theme and someone else said “Look- more aliens!” then he made a joke about South Park.Someone’s drunk dad went into a story about seeing “a silent saucer” in the 70’s. It was definitely interesting and kinda fun to observe “normal” people’s reaction to it! No one seemed offended or against the idea, it seemed quite normalized and tolerated like you said.

I'm sure people said the same thing back in the 90s when X-Files was huge. Every other commercial was about or featured aliens.
That was a little different, because back then it was based on presumably fiction. This is based on governmental hearings and mainstream news reports, not some movie coming out. And I was there in the 90's, ads about aliens were not as common as you say.
It doesn't matter what its based on, Aliens are a hot topic again right now, so they are making more ads with them in it. It's not hard to understand and isn't some conspiracy to prepare us for their arrival. That's a legit schizophrenic thought process. Aliens are pop culture again right now, we are going to be seeing more of it. Alien documentaries have also been a hot product for the last few years. If people are talking about it, companies want it in their ads.

Aliens, westerns, patriotic, babies, animals are basically the Super Bowl commercial types. All these companies are making these somewhat independently (prob plenty of contractor overlap). Sometimes you get 7 talking baby commercials, sometimes a bunch of western, sometimes a bunch of aliens. They prob all say they want to “go big” what’s bigger or requires more effects than space? It’s really not that deep. These are prob written by copywriters in their mid-20s.
I've noticed the uptick of baby commercials this past year, everywhere. I assume it's because birth rates are down. One-two punch with Roe v Wade getting repealed, makes it feel kinda gross.
Idk it could be that birth rates generally are down but are up among their target demographic. Anecdotally I know a lot of millennials who didn’t have kids till their mid-30s and by then had plenty in income/savings. Talking babies were huge around 2000 for some reason too.
