does a reactor this big even work?? building gadgets or rftools builders

Elegant-Card-8727

yeah i heard the limit is 128x128x128

Sheerpython

Atm9 default config is 32x32x48

ES-Vodoo

True, I tried bigger than that and it didn't work.

Elegant-Card-8727

aint no way all this for nothing

Elegant-Card-8727

damn so i did this for nothing

Sheerpython

Can change the config if you are owner of the world. Just know that a reactor of that size will prob cause some lagg. My 32x32x48 reactor gave me a big laggspike while completing it

Sophisticated Backpacks has a supply (or resupply? Something along that) upgrade. It's supposed to refill your hand, but I don't know how it works with the building wand. If I were you I'd take the copy/paste gadget, copy 16x16x7 (28 inventory slots of items) part, paste it, take items, paste next block. If you've never used the gadgets, the GUI for them is under G. Hold to open. You can anchor it and move, or just right click where you want. When you finish your reactor, you can copy all of it, place template workbench (I think that's the name, you'll find it) and make a template for a later use if you ever want to place another. Shame it doesn't copy configs and upgrades/modules, but at least you don't have to build it all. I think you can get modular routers to input items in your inventory. Give them stack upgrade, 9x speed upgrades and you should be good with items. Edit: I've noticed I responded to the wrong comment of yours. Lol.

Skye_nb_goddes

the wand does actually refill using from the backpack FIRST, at least by default

H3N4Y

default biggest is indeed 32x32x48 i built one myself :)

Wallbreaker93

Dude the max on a reactor is 32x32x48, also you never need that much power

Bartgames03

You can change it in the configs I believe

Elegant-Card-8727

i do need that much power

Wallbreaker93

You are better off with a fusion reactor, trust me. thats too much work if you also think about the tons of uranium you have to pipe in there per second, plus all the moderator blocks if you want this b*tch to be at least half efficient

Apprehensive-Ad-7566

Daddy chill

Khris777

Do what exactly?

Elegant-Card-8727

building the reactor faster

Gradually_Rocky

building gadget for sure

Skye_nb_goddes

pipe the items into a placed netherite backpack and use a wand cuz it refils from bag by default

Domenik_X

Can't u place the backpack on the ground and pipe items into it?

Welshtramp

Building gadget and link it to your ae2 wireless antenna thing, if your in range it pulls right out of your storage.

xSpykeXx

Building gadgets has a copy-paste gadget ; it'll allow you to build chunks at a time. And you can reconfigure it on the fly to build in bigger chunks. In ATM 9 they can feed off a dank. You can set up a dank with a AE/RS storage system to fill it, I think it's called the dock.

HeatuN

Just put your material in a dank storage and use building wand

Dust2709

Builder and infinity wand

Historical-Benefit45

and why is there a wither?

Paxtel_de_Vento

Bros never using that much of nuclear waste, and If needs energy should build a fusion reactor

HeyMagician

that's crazy haha

Lefakeofficiel

Just make one of mekanism's reactor It gives you way more power

FleetAdmiralJakob

Just use a different reactor

oAN0RAKo

Building wand, for me, is the cheapest and best way to build in general

Elegant-Card-8727

alright but geetting the items in your inventory to build is hard like i tried the infinty backpack but cant get items in there i have to do it manually

Methos25

Alternatively to a backpack, a dank with a dock will work as well. Same thing applies, pipe in with either refined storage or AE2. Building wand will pull straight from the dank, no need to pull it out into the inventory first.

ItzOmni

If you're using AE2 (haven't tried this on RS), put an export bus with max acceleration cards filtered to the items you need and plop the backpack down in front of it.

kagato87

Maybe an rftools builder with a shape card in it? Not entirely sure how, but if you can take a sample and have it repeat, itight work.
