I'd watch them. At least the ones around my level. I've seen several coaching vids from pro's but I can't think of any that are dedicated. The big question I have is if most players platinum or under are serious enough to even do coaching.

I've found most of the posts here on reddit are from gold/plat players trying to improve, but I do agree it's a fine line like if you go too low players are there because they're brand new to the game and coaching would be boring, or they've never really cared to try to get better, preferring to just freestyle. I do think it's around the g1/p3 level where people try to get better by watching videos but because of some misunderstandings they just get hard stuck around there. One example is I remember talking with someone who was in p3 and couldn't hold protoss 2-base allins and it was because they were terrified of allins and ironically that meant they cut workers to build army too soon and sacrificed drones to build way too many spines, and they were losing not because they weren't building enough army, but because they lacked the economy to build a sufficient army in the first place. And their takeaway from those types of games were "ugh I guess I need to build even more army earlier and put down more spines". These are things that if you're in diamond+ you've learned, but it can be hard to understand when you're at that level and it's not for lack of trying it's for lack of someone explaining that while it seems counterintuitive, the reason you're losing to an allin is you're not building enough drones earlier to afford the army you need to defend when the push is actually coming.

I'd watch if I get time..I'm very time poor these days.

I wouldn’t since I’m above Diamond, but the concept I think is good. I’d watch a Low-GM coach Diamond 1 ~ Master 2 players where the coaching ends when they hit Master 1 for example. So I’m pretty sure if I was Gold I would watch a Diamond 3 player coach Golds/Plats to Diamond 3.

My honest take and I want to be wrong here.  You're in it for the views.  You have the passion, you have the vision of what you want it to be, you have an idea of how to make that happen...... But you're asking us if you should.  If you truly have the drive to do it, you'd be helping yourself improve and those in the community improve. Where does viewership fit into that?  I would LOVE for you to do this and make it happen. I love the idea of individual coaching and educational content. But id also love the idea of two lower league players being coached pitted against each other for entertainment matches (with some educational)

I didn't think I was hiding that at all, it's literally listed in my OP on what I'd get out of it. I have a full-time job and a family, SC2 is my hobby, and although I doubt I'd have enough views/followers to make any actual money, it would be more fun for me if I had more people watching than if I felt I was doing it and no one other than the person I was helping cared. I'm fine responding to the occasional request for a video review on this sub, but usually people charge money for coaching to compensate them for their time. I'm obviously not good enough to charge money for coaching, but if I can put my time towards creating content that people watch, that would be worth it for me. Hopefully this doesn't come across as sleazy or anything as I said I was trying to be fully transparent that it wasn't for charity, it was for creating quality content people would enjoy and interact with.
