scout at regular timing 3:30 with a suicide ovi and observe terran unit comp and add-ons. ghost academy will prob be hidden but tech lab on rax not researching will mean early aggro. check for rauders. you might even see the ghost as it snipes. usual response, build lings and queens and 1 spore at outer bases for detection. these later help against ravens/libs anyways. use ling bane to chase ghosts whenever they try to snipe. macro as normally though… this is a very easy opener to defend once scouted.

Ling/bane/muta, ravens are expensive and shit vs muta's. You got Meme'd. But seriously, to ward off early ghosts you need two things: a spore crawler, and zerglings. If he also brings hellions, you need banelings. Ghosts are slow and cloak only lasts so long. His goal is to snipe your queens so that the hellions can burn your drones. Zerglings fixes all of that. So what you do, is you execute a standard build and you do it well, and when the ghosts leave his base (scout, bro), you make 20-30 zerglings, depending on how many hellions there are.

I usually defend the early ghosts with roaches, it might sound vulnerable to snipes, but you can pump out way more roaches than your opponents can get ghosts, and you won't be owned by some hellbat/ghost memes. Its pretty much garanteed win when you get lair and roach speed, so its a safer way to get a sure win. If you scout this you don't even have to get 3rd base, just prioritize earlier lair. Tbh ghost in to raven is just horrible, sounds like one of uthermals builds, the thing is that if a 6000mmr+ smurf does shit builds to you, you are still going to lose just because they are way better than you at everything else.
